Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the multi-agent AI architecture (Portfolio Advisor, Spending Intelligence, Strategy, Cross-Border agents)
- Select and integrate AI models (Claude API, OpenAI, open-source)
- Build real-time data pipelines for market data, SEC filings, and international exchange APIs
- Make infrastructure decisions (cloud provider, CI/CD, monitoring, security)
- Hire and lead the first 3–5 engineers
- Own the technical roadmap through Series A
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years software engineering with 3+ in AI/ML
- Previous experience building financial or fintech products
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or custom)
- Strong opinions on architecture, held loosely
- Has shipped products with real users, ideally at a startup
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment
- Based in NL/EU or willing to relocate
