Key Responsibilities
- Build the compliance framework for MiFID II (EU), SEC (US), and CVM (Brazil)
- Design AI guardrails ensuring LIUV never provides personalized financial advice
- Create the disclaimer and disclosure framework
- Manage regulatory filings and licensing applications
- Advise on product decisions that touch regulatory boundaries
- Build relationships with regulators (AFM in Netherlands, BaFin in Germany)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years in financial regulatory compliance, ideally in wealth management or fintech
- Deep knowledge of MiFID II and EU financial regulations
- Experience with AI/algorithmic compliance is a strong bonus
- Legal degree or compliance certification (CAMS, ICA)
- Comfortable in a startup environment
- Dutch or EU work authorization required
